Depending on your location, will automatically post to your social media any time between morning to mid-afternoon. will notify you via email what’s been posted, and if there was an issue with the post. (For further information, see Why Was There a Problem Posting to My Social Media?)
To change your Frequency settings:
Step 1
From the menu, click Settings, then click Post Frequency.
Step 2
Choose which days you’d like to post to your social media.
Step 3
Click Update.
