Guthy-Renker Acquires Realty Tracker, Unique Lead Delivery Service is Borne

RISMEDIA, March 21, 2007-Guthy-Renker, announced that it has acquired RealtyTracker. As part of the acquisition, the RealtyTracker name will change to Guthy-Renker Home, LLC, while the RealtyTracker management team will remain onboard.

Guthy-Renker, one of the world's largest direct response television companies, known for delivering quality products through award-winning shows, will manage all aspects of distribution to position Guthy-Renker Home as an online real estate brand in the U.S.

Guthy-Renker Home will offer a unique lead delivery service which connects residential real estate professionals with consumers who expressed interest in buying or selling a home. The company will utilize unique media distribution to deliver home buyer and seller leads to the real estate industry. Through relationship management tools, television advertising and monthly coaching, Guthy-Renker Home will give agents advantage in the direct marketing arena and will provide a pipeline of real estate leads.
