Intuit VP of Global Sales and Marketing Recognized in Realcomm "Top 35 People to Watch in 2007"

RISMEDIA, April 10, 2007-Andrew Rains, vice president, global sales and marketing for Intuit Real Estate Solutions (IRES), was named to a select group of industry leaders as one of Realcomm's "Top 35 People to Watch in 2007," the company announces. IRES, a division of Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU), develops innovative real estate management software solutions for the global real estate industry.

These individuals in the commercial and corporate real estate industries were chosen based on unsurpassed traits in areas of persistence, patience, willingness and an innate ability to see how high-tech solutions fit into everyday business, the company reports.

He also served JD Edwards World Solution Company as the worldwide industry manager and was a portfolio manager for CB Richard Ellis.

Recognized as an expert in the real estate management industry, Rains has spoken at various industry events including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realcomm, and internationally in Brazil and the U.K. As a published real estate technology author, he has been quoted in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal.
