RISMEDIA, July 16, 2007—Chase has announced the opening of its second mortgage office in Charlotte, North Carolina, at 13777 Ballantyne Corporate Place.

“We want to provide excellent mortgage expertise for home buyers and real estate professionals in the vibrant and fast-growing Charlotte area,” said Andrew Church, Charlotte resident, who manages Chase’s mortgage business in North Carolina.  “Our loan officers know the local market and have developed unique joint marketing programs for local Realtors and builders.”

Chase is celebrating the opening by inviting Realtors and builders to the branch at 5 p.m. on July 26. Refreshments will be served.

The new mortgage office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and loan officers can be reached by calling 704-543-3300 or toll free on 866-447-1282.

Andrew Church, who has extensive mortgage banking experience, will be based in the new Ballantyne office and focus heavily on the South Charlotte market.

Chase’s other North Carolina mortgage offices are 4201 Congress St., in Charlotte’s South Park neighborhood, and in Huntersville, Winston-Salem and Raleigh.
