RISMEDIA, July 24, 2007–REcyber.com (The Real Estate CyberSpace Society) has announced a new membership milestone. According to the Society, early last week, Jack Peckham, executive director of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society contacted Steve Hewson, a residential/commercial real estate agent with The Keller Williams Colorado Pro Team in Westminster, Colorado, to welcome him to membership in the Society as the 10,000th member. Peckham congratulated Hewson on setting an important benchmark in the Society’s 11 year history.
Hewson holds the GRI, MRE, SRS, RECS designations and M.S. and B.S. Degrees in Business Administration from Kansas State University. He is a 30 year resident of the Denver Metro Area and has been active for over 15 years in residential and commercial properties as well as corporate and personal real estate investments.
When notified of the honor Hewson said, “The use of technology has enabled our team to provide better customer service to our clients-both residential and commercial. Our clients see how we are able to respond to their needs by handling our tasks easier and faster by improving our productivity and response times. In the past year we have seen listings go under contract in as little as 3 hours through the use of today’s technology.”
Hewson explained his motivation for becoming a Society member, “With technology and the Internet evolving at a breathtaking speed we are excited to stay several steps ahead of the competition with the processes, ideas and tools that come with our membership in the Real Estate Cyberspace Society.”
