Weichert, Realtors Opens New Franchise Offices, First in Nevada

RISMEDIA, Oct. 2, 2007-Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the rapidly growing franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues its nationwide expansion with the opening of its first Nevada affiliate, located in Reno. The company also announced new franchises in Annapolis Junction, Md., and Kasson, Minn.

WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Buckingham Associates, Kasson, Minn. The state’s fourth Weichert franchise, this southern Minnesota agency is owned by Broker John Buckingham and Deb Guenther.

WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Pevy & Associates, Reno, Nev. Weichert’s first affiliate in the Silver State is a seven-year-old company owned by Broker Michael Pevy. Weichert Real Estate Affiliates launched its first franchised office in January 2002 and now serves more than 330 markets in 33 states.
