RISMEDIA, Oct. 9, 2007-After 10 months of planning, Zolve has launched their premier network for real estate professionals. According to the company, it is one of the first online real estate networks that can best be described as “MySpace for real estate,” helping real estate professionals to “be found.”

Zolve is a social network that is designed to help real estate professionals streamline the client referral process and expand their spheres of influence in order to do more business.

While serving his country in Iraq, Brian Wilson, founder and CEO of the company and a successful real estate professional and brokerage owner was inspired to develop the first collaborative network for real estate professionals.

“I had a lot of time to sit around and think about when our missions were over, and I found myself wondering ‘how will I continue to support my family when I get back home?’” he says.

And this is when Zolve was born.

Zolve is a business transaction platform that is focused on the needs of real estate professionals who are looking for a better way to connect with other real estate agents, manage referrals and ultimately do more business. Zolve approaches the real estate industry through social networking, what Wilson refers to as “a set of eyes in which real estate has never been looked at through before.”

Since referrals account for a great deal of revenue for agents each year, Zolve gives real estate professionals a way to connect with a referral network of agents in any city, anywhere in the world. Zolve will automate the entire referral process allowing agents to give and receive more referrals.

According to Wilson, Zolve puts the agent first. By connecting agents, automating referrals and expanding one’s professional network, a community that is focused on transactions and the intricate, specialized needs of agents and their colleagues is built.

Wilson says that Zolve is devoted to facilitating this critical information in order to increase the efficiency, quality and volume of transactions in real estate.

“Zolve allows real estate professionals to be found online and to create a good brand for themselves,” says Wilson. “The site will allow for great real estate professionals to emerge.”

With already close to 2,000 real estate agents pre-registered, it is clear that the idea of “MySpace for Real Estate” is an attractive value proposition for real estate pros.
