RISMEDIA, Nov. 5, 2007-Allison James Estates & Homes is now open in both Texas and Arizona with several more states expected to come online before the end of the year, according to President Scott Chamberlain.

“We are leading a change in the relationship between the Broker and the Realtor,” Chamberlin announced earlier this month. He affirmed the company’s goal of being The New Solution to Real Estate Sales. “By promoting an enhanced working environment via the Internet, we can allow the REALTOR more flexibility to conduct his or her business with more freedom to work with the consumer.”

According to the company, Allison James Estates & Homes, due to their success in the opening of their California and Florida operations, are now moving forward aggressively to expand in 20 more states.

Chamberlin said the company has found the business formula of the future.

“Where else can a broker be guaranteed 10% of the gross income? This business model is a boon for brokers that have struggled for years with profitability.”
