An 18-year industry veteran, Glinn served most recently in Chase Home
Finance's Servicing Acquisitions group, where he served as vice president of
financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, MIS functions, risk management and
oversight. At GMAC Mortgage, he will be responsible for implementing management
controls and enhancing business analytics to ensure continued growth and
dedicated client service.
With over 22 years of mortgage banking experience, Miller served most
recently as senior vice president over conduit bulk operations at Aurora Loan
Services. Prior to joining Aurora, she was senior vice president at Phoenix
Capital, where she closed all servicing sales and acquisition deals.
RISMEDIA, Feb. 1, 2007- GMAC Mortgage, LLC, the nation's second largest
subservicer, announced it has added two mortgage banking veterans to its servicing operation. Connie Miller will serve as
director of contract administration, and Louis Glinn will serve as director of
analytics and controls.
Miller and Glinn will report to GMAC Mortgage's Wes Howland, who recently
moved from vice president of client relationship management to vice president of
contract finance. In his new position, Howland will be responsible for finance,
analysis and contracts within business development.
