When market prices began falling quickly, Lewis began researching auctions as a way to sell some of his listings and then added that to his business. “It’s not all that different than eBay, but with a real estate twist. While some agents complained, most thought it was a novel idea and were respectful of it. In fact, the majority of my auctions were sold through a co-op agent.”
