Century 21 Expands Network, Pens Agreement for Albania

RISMEDIA, Oct. 1, 2008-Century 21 Real Estate LLC, one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations, has announced its latest international expansion with a master franchise agreement to open CENTURY 21® franchises in Albania. The Dudaj Group, owned by Besnick Dudaj and Adriatik Dudaj, will become the master franchisee of the Century 21 System in Albania. The Dudaj Group, formed in 1993, was one of the first private companies to emerge in Albania after the collapse of the socialist system.
