Jordan Baris to Sponsor Free Home Buyer’s Seminar

RISMEDIA, Oct. 24, 2008-Realtors, lawyers, CPAs, home inspectors and mortgage consultants will be on hand to provide free advice at an informational seminar sponsored by Jordan Baris Inc., Realtors. The event, “Real Estate 2008: Buying Opportunities in Today’s Market” is open to the public and will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30 in the meeting room at the West Orange, New Jersey Public Library.

According to the company, the seminar will educate prospective buyers on the benefits of buying in today’s market, and will feature discussions on a variety of topics such as legal considerations for buying a home, buying a bank-owned or foreclosed property, tax benefits when buying and selling real estate, taking advantage of short sales and applying for a mortgage.

Along with agents from Jordan Baris Inc., Realtors, guest speakers will include:

- Attorney Roger Serrutto of Serrutto & Associates, P.C.
- CPA Partner Ned Futter of Wiss & Company
- A representative from H & J Freile Home Inspection
- A consultant from First United Mortgage
