Larry Knapp Appointed to NAR Executive Committee & Real Estate Services Advisory Board

RISMEDIA, Nov. 4, 2008-Alain Pinel Realtors (APR) announced that Larry Knapp, President of Alain Pinel Realtors, has been appointed to two key and influential National Association of Realtors (NAR) committees. The incoming NAR President, who presides over the Nation’s largest trade organization, named Knapp to his Executive Committee and Real Estate Services Advisory Board for 2009.

As a member of the Executive Committee, Knapp will advise the NAR President on critical matters affecting the trade group and help establish strategic direction. This is his second consecutive appointment to this influential committee. On the Real Estate Services Advisory Board, Knapp will lend his expertise to tackle business issues affecting Realtors.

Knapp joined Alain Pinel Realtors as President in 2003 and has 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. As President, he is responsible for day-to-day operations, including strategic growth initiatives, marketing, training, technology, finance and human resources. A one-time sales professional, Knapp is particularly attentive to providing the highest level of support for field managers, agents and APR clients.
