Oregon Real Estate Forms Chooses Instanet Solutions

RISMEDIA, Nov. 10, 2008-Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC (OREF) and Instanet Solutions^TM have announced that they have signed a multi-year agreement making Instanet Solutions the exclusive provider of online and desktop forms in Adobe format for OREF forms.

Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC was formed in 1997 by Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Eugene Association of Realtors and the Oregon Association of Realtors. OREF forms are the primary forms used by Oregon’s 17,000 plus Realtors, as well as other Oregon real estate licensees.

InstanetForms^TM is real estate contracts and forms service, available as a browser based, online service and as a desktop software application. Instanet Solutions provides online, paperless solutions to hundreds of thousands of real estate professionals across North America. In addition to InstanetForms, Instanet Solutions offers document and file management, internet faxing, transaction management and digital signature solutions.

As part of the agreement, the company stated, Instanet Solutions will integrate their system with MLSs across Oregon for the auto-population of forms with MLS and public record data. “We are gratified to be chosen as the exclusive forms provider in Adobe format for Oregon,” says Joe Kazzoun, vice president of business and product development at Instanet Solutions. “We are looking forward to working with OREF and the local Oregon Realtor organizations to bring their real estate professionals a whole new level of functionality as it relates to their forms and contracts.”
