RISMEDIA, Nov. 20, 2008-Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, has appointed Jeffrey Mindham to the position of vice president, Marketing, Communications and PR, effective immediately.
Mindham, reporting directly to President Laurie Keenan, will oversee the company’s advertising and marketing programs, as well as correspondence and employee communication. Mindham will also direct the companies media outreach efforts in consultation with Prudential’s Global Communications office. He assumes leadership of Prudential Real Estate’s successful Inline Media program, which leverages the Internet and key Web-based partnerships to promote Prudential Real Estate affiliates and their listings.
According to the company, Mindham brings a wealth of marketing, advertising, branding and communications experience to his position generated in a broad array of industries, including real estate. His career has included marketing leadership in traditional, non-traditional and dot.com organizations where he has earned distinction for his innovative and successful marketing strategies.
Jeff’s New York advertising-agency experience and his background in affiliate relations will serve him well in his new position. “We are delighted to welcome Jeff to Prudential Real Estate,” said Keenan. “Jeff joins us at a great time, and will help us take our Inline Media program and our marketing and communication efforts to new levels.”
