Signature Sotheby’s International Realty Acquires Premier Properties, Sarasota

RISMEDIA, Dec. 12, 2008-Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced it has expanded its luxury real estate operation with the opening of a second office in Sarasota.

Premier Properties, Sarasota, which is located in the Plaza at Five Points in downtown Sarasota, now will operate as Signature Sotheby’s International Realty, serving the Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte county markets. Premier currently has 34 agents and more than 175 listings.

Signature Sotheby’s International Realty opened in November 2008 when it was named as the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand’s affiliate in Sarasota and is owned by Judy Green, Donna Moore and Richard Taylor, with Green serving as managing partner.
