RISMEDIA, August 25, 2008-Mitch Even comes from a real estate family. He accompanied his father, a former owner of John L. Scott Real Estate for 30 years, in his business right out of college and has had growing success ever since. To what does he credit his fast rise to success? Simple communication.

In his blood: Upon graduation from college, Even joined his father at John L. Scott Real Estate, which he owned and operated for 30 years. In 2005, Even took over the business after his father passed away.
Giving back: Even donates much of his time to Easter Seals.
Even’s early career in real estate took off quickly. His natural communication and people skills helped him reach top producer status within his first year of sales. In addition to building his real estate sales business, he also took on the role of company instructor for technology systems and tools.
Each day RISMedia will introduce you to one of our 50 Realtors on the Rise for 2008, chosen by the editors of Real Estate magazine and selected from hundreds of entries.
