Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate Joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates

RISMEDIA, March 12, 2009-Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates announced its merger with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate. The company will operate under the name Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates and will serve the Pocono Mountains, Monroe and Pike Counties, and the Milford and Lehigh Valley areas with a total of 150 agents covering Northeast Pennsylvania.

Thomas R. Wilkins will continue as CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wilkins & Associates, with Heather D’Adamo, broker-owner of Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate, as Executive Vice President – Partner. Yarrow A. Wilkins will continue to serve as President and Dominick J. Sacci as Senior Vice President/General Manager.

The company will be headquartered at 304 Park Avenue, Stroudsburg, PA, with six offices located in Bushkill, Mountainhome, Naomi Pines, North Pocono, Stroudsburg and West End/Brodheadsville.
