Prudential Florida Realty’s Rei Mesa Recognized as 2008 Broker of the Year

RISMEDIA, April 6, 2009-Prudential Florida Realty’s president and chief operating officer Rei Mesa was recognized as Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) 2008 Broker of the Year at the national PREA Sales Convention in Las Vegas last month.

This is the highest recognition for a broker offered by PREA. There are currently more than 1,900 franchise offices in the PREA Network.

Some call him the heartbeat of real estate in his market; he is certainly the pulse of his company. Almost daily, his messages pump news, perspectives and inspiration to his sales teams, along with tips on business development, professionalism and more.

Mesa currently serves as a director for NAR’s large-firms committee and for the Florida Association of Realtors, and he serves on FAR’s executive committee, among many other industry leadership roles.

He was selected as Florida’s 2008 Realtor of the Year, recognizing his exemplary leadership and service to the real estate industry, and his commitment to community and charity organizations. In fact, his company last year has raised more than $205,000 for the The Sunshine Kids, and more than $1.6 million overall. It is a perennial fundraising leader among our Network.
