RISMEDIA, May 5, 2009-This month, RISMedia will hold its 4th Annual Power Broker Forum & Reception during NAR’s Midyear Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C. The focus will be on “Maximizing Distressed Property Business,” and will feature several industry leaders on the discussion panel. The session is open to all NAR attendees. The event will take place Thursday, May 14, 2009 from 3:30-5 p.m. (Forum) and a reception will follow from 5-6 p.m.

Steve Piccirilli, Assistant Vice President, Default and Retention Operations, Wells Fargo
Steve Piccirilli is an assistant vice president of Default and Retention for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Piccirilli’s primary responsibility is to manage the overall default servicing relationships with many key investors, focusing mainly on real estate-owned (REO) properties. He is also a part of management oversight for the agent database at Premiere Asset Services (PAS), the REO division of Wells Fargo.
Piccirilli joined Wells Fargo in the spring of 2004 with a portion of his time with the company spent as a member of the operations management team for PAS. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Piccirilli spent 10 years as co-founder of a real estate appraisal firm based in Maryland. In a career that spans 20 years as a real estate professional, Piccirilli has been a Realtor, a Certified Residential Appraiser and a residential mortgage originator.
