RISMEDIA, May 12, 2009-Prudential Network Realty’s team of real estate professionals recently helped clients successfully complete a rare home-selling trade where the clients purchased each other’s homes. And to make the situation even more unique, both clients were represented by Realtors from the company’s Beaches office in Atlantic Beach.

“This is highly unusual. We typically do not see these types of transactions where one client buys another’s home and vice versa,” said Prudential Network Realty Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer. “We are delighted that we could to bring these clients together and help both buy and sell the homes they desired. In today’s real estate market, creativity is the cornerstone of success,” Sherrer said.
