Rand Commercial Services Expands to Serve Greater New York Market

RISMEDIA, May 19, 2009-Rand Commercial Services, formerly affiliated with the Prudential Real Estate Network, has re-launched as an independent commercial real estate brokerage that will serve the Greater New York area.

According to the company, Rand Commercial Services, which has 25 agents in Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties, will now serve New York City, northern New Jersey and Connecticut. The new company – an expansion of a commercial division launched in 2006 – is led by Managing Partner Greg Rand, Senior Executive Director Paul Adler and Director of Operations Gerry Magnarelli.
