Halstead Property Hosts a ‘Week of Opportunities’

RISMEDIA, July 31, 2009-Halstead Property hosted a Week of Opportunities during the week of July 13-19. The special promotional week focused on the values and opportunities that currently exist in today’s real estate market. More than 110 buyers filled the seats at the Scandinavia House to hear Halstead’s Executive Team present a seminar for buyers on July 15th, and hundreds visited specially featured open houses at a selection of Halstead Property’s Value Factor properties and exclusive listings.

The seminar, A Market of Opportunity, took place on July 15th and featured Halstead Property President Diane M. Ramirez and Chief Economist Gregory J. Heym. In addition, Halsted invited guest speakers Jeffrey Szymanski, Market Manager of Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking, and Eric P. Gonchar, Esq., Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Eric P. Gonchar. Created by the Halstead Executive Team, the Market of Opportunity seminar was designed to aid buyers as they navigate today’s real estate market. Topics included: determining when to buy, what to expect from real estate agents and attorneys, how to obtain financing, and the co-op and condo board approval processes.
