RISMEDIA, August 12, 2009-zipLogix, the creator of zipForm®, real estate’s leading forms software, has announced the release of their zipForm® Mobile product. Hailed as the industry’s first mobile application for real estate forms available for the Apple® iPhoneTM and iPod touch®, zipForm Mobile is now available through the Apple App Store, here:

“As the technology leaders in the forms’ software space, we want to equip real estate professionals across the nation with the best in mobile applications,” said Robert Bailey, chairman of the board of zipLogix. “This new product will allow our users to quickly and efficiently create forms and manage their transactions on the go.

More importantly, in many of today’s competitive multiple offer markets, this is a huge advantage for their clients.”

Developed exclusively for the iPhone and iPod touch users, zipForm Mobile is available to customers that subscribe to zipForm®Online, WINFormsOnline® and the new version of zipForm® 6 Professional software which is currently being rolled out nationally. Considered a companion application, zipForm Mobile is another method for today’s tech-savvy real estate professionals to interface to zipForm’s online contract software product.

Customers simply download zipForm Mobile from the Apple iPhone App Store for $9.99. Once downloaded, they enter their zipFormOnline, WINFormsOnline or zipForm 6 Professional credentials along with their email address into this easy-to-use application and they are ready to begin managing transactions.

Key features include:

– List and modify transactions (sort alphabetically or by modification date)
– Create a new transaction
– List the forms within the transaction (sort alphabetically)
– Add one or more forms to a transaction from one or more licensed library
– Provides various methods to view a form (navigate, zoom, rotate)
– Email one or more forms as a PDF to one or more email recipients complete with comments
– Fill in commonly used transaction information and it will automatically cascade throughout the forms in the transaction

This app was designed by zipLogix’s developers as a result of listening to the growing number of brokers and agents that are now using these popular Apple devices. The launch of the zipForm Mobile offers the zipForm users another way to stay connected to their clients and never miss a beat.
