RISMEDIA, August 14, 2009-Toll Brothers, a leading builder of luxury homes, will host the “Pre-Season Kickoff Sales Event” on Saturday, Aug. 22 through Sunday, Aug. 30 at its two St. Johns County communities in Northeast Florida, Coastal Oaks at Nocatee and Durbin Crossing North. Realtors® who bring their clients to these communities during the event are eligible to receive an additional one percent bonus when their clients purchase a Toll Brothers home.

“We appreciate the hard work and everything Realtors® do to contribute to our success, and we hope to reward many Jacksonville area agents during our special promotion.” said Toll Brothers North Florida Division Vice President Jim McDade.

During the Pre-Season Kickoff Sales Event, everyone is invited to visit the communities and enjoy food, festivities, children’s activities and a chance for your clients to win a four-pack of tickets to a Jacksonville Jaguars football game. There is no purchase necessary to enter.

The event will also invite homebuyers to take part in a coin toss, where the flip of a coin will determine what select package will be included in the purchase of their Toll Brothers home at no additional cost. Buyers will receive indoor or outdoor upgrades and options included that would otherwise cost thousands of dollars. Option packages will vary by community.
