RISMEDIA, August 20, 2009-Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has solidified its position as one of the Hudson Valley’s largest real estate brokerages by expanding into Dutchess County through the acquisition of three Coldwell Banker Currier and Lazier Realtors offices.

The move brings 47 sales associates and offices in Fishkill, Poughkeepsie and Rhinebeck, instantly giving Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty a firm foothold in the fast-growing county. Rand Realty now has 22 offices and more than 800 sales associates in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange and Dutchess counties.
