Prudential John Koenig, Realtors Merges with All American Homes

RISMEDIA, August 31, 2009-Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company announced the merger of Prudential John Koenig, Realtors® with All American Homes.

The combined company will operate as Prudential All American Homes with 50 sales professionals and four offices throughout Fayetteville. A Prudential John Koenig, Realtors® office in Jacksonville, N.C., will retain its name and operate under the leadership of Broker Christina Garrett.

Dowdy said his company and customers will benefit immediately from Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services’ online resources, including proprietary lead-generation and customer-contact systems. Moreover, he is eager to participate in Prudential Real Estate’s referral network spanning North America, and to boost his company’s relocation services through Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services’ domestic and international operations.
