Trend MLS to Offer eshowings “Show It Now”

RISMEDIA, September 23, 2009—Trend MLS has chosen eshowings, Inc., “Your Real Estate Appointment Center,” to allow members to make appointments directly through the TREND MLS site. The eshowings ‘Show It Now’ link to make appointment requests will appear on each listing as part of the eshowings services offered.

Jay Lantz, National Sales Director for eshowings explains the benefits. “Our eshowings ‘Show It Now’ product is currently in use in other MLS organizations with great success. It doesn’t matter if a firm is handling the process in-house or outsourcing to a 3rd party, there are real cost savings realized by utilizing this program. Approximately 60% of all appointment requests will be made via our ‘Show It Now’ link on listings in the MLS. That translates to a 60% reduction of inbound calls and about a 20% reduction of outbound calls.”
