Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Acquires Blue Realty GMAC in Northern New Jersey

RISMEDIA, October 21, 2009—Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. has announced that it has acquired the assets of Blue Realty GMAC in northern New Jersey. More than 120 sales associates throughout Blue Realty’s eight offices in Bergen, Essex, Hunterdon, Morris, Monmouth and Passaic Counties will move into existing Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in those markets.
