RISMEDIA, August 14, 2009-Realtor/foreclosure avoidance educator Will Weaver offers the following updates on the last four Foreclosure Avoidance workshops.

– July 15th, Lansing, MI: The 150+ Realtors educated on Foreclosure Avoidance and now know how to conduct their own Homeowner Workshops; how to build their own Foreclosure Avoidance division and increase their production. In addition, 50 homeowners were educated on how they can help themselves avoid foreclosure. Special guest appearance was made by the mayor of Lansing.

– July 22nd, Detroit, MI: The180 + Realtors Educated on Foreclosure Avoidance and now know how to conduct their own Homeowner Workshops; how to build their own Foreclosure Avoidance division and increase their production. In addition 98-120+ homeowners were educated on how they can help themselves Avoid Foreclosure. Special guest: Senator Hunter

July 23rd, Southfield, MI: The 360+ Realtors educated on Foreclosure Avoidance now know how to conduct their own Homeowner Workshops; how to build their own Foreclosure Avoidance division and increase their production. In addition 180-200 homeowners were educated on how they can help themselves Avoid Foreclosure. Special guest: Sheriff of Oakland County and Mike Bouchard.

July 28th, Flint, MI: The 120-150 Realtors trained on Foreclosure Avoidance now know how to conduct their own Homeowner Workshops; how to build their own Foreclosure Avoidance division, and in addition there were 30 – 40 homeowners that now know the steps to take to Avoid Foreclosure. Special Guest: State Representative Stanley

With a grand total of 810-840 Realtors are now even more equipped to help their clients and increase their production and an additional 358- 410 homeowners now know what to do and how to start Avoiding Foreclosure. Not bad for 4 days.

We’re making an impact. Three more regional areas in Michigan to finish; then it’s off to IL, IN, OH, FL, AZ, and NV. These workshops were completed in 6 hours per day in 4 days.

The sad part is there were only a couple Realtors that stayed for the homeowner sessions and that means there were about 75% of homeowners left without Realtor assistance. The homeowners were encouraged to contact their local real estate broker. With that said when I’m conducting any homeowner sessions in your area and you’re a Realtor you should be there to talk to homeowners. Watch for information on the next State Of Foreclosure Address coming soon.
