RISMEDIA, March 17, 2010—Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty announced that its innovative website (www.RandRealty.com) has been ranked No. 1 by the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service (GHVMLS) according to property views.

According to the company, the data was based on the tracking of GHVMLS’s new realmetric system that measures property views on approximately 900 real estate member websites in Rockland and Orange counties. RandRealty.com alone had 258,274 property views compared to 551,672 views on the remaining brokerage websites combined, creating a network total of 809,946 property views for the month of February.
