RISMEDIA, October 13, 2010–Gloria Nilson, REALTORS®, Real Living is proud to announce that it has ranked among the Top 100 firms in sales volume for 2009 in RISMedia’s 22nd Annual Power Broker Report & Survey. Gloria Nilson, REALTORS®, Real Living ranked 94 in sales volume among the 1,200 respondents to the 2010 Power Broker Report, which identifies and ranks America’s largest residential real estate brokerage companies by transaction sides and sales volume.

According to the very encouraging results of RISMedia’s 22nd Annual Power Broker Survey, more than 1,200 real estate firms weighed in on their success in 2009, reporting a total $585,508,645,713 in sales volume. Although this total sales volume is down over 2008, overall transactions for 2009 have increased by more than 100,000. The increase in number of transactions is a healthy step toward moving more properties off the market, reducing inventory and stabilizing prices.
