7 Real Estate ‘Squeeze Page’ Lead-Capture Ideas

RISMEDIA, October 25, 2010—Whether it’s right or wrong, it’s our belief that real estate squeeze pages (single pages that capture leads) crush the traditional “branded” website (you know the ones that are basically a flyer touting how great you are). We understand that in most instances (not always) you still need a traditional site, but if you are spending time, money or both to drive traffic, you may want to consider using lead-capture squeeze pages if you aren’t already.

The following ideas show how you can use squeeze pages to generate niche specific leads for your real estate business. While this list is far from exhaustive, it should get your creative juices flowing. Notice the sample pages aren’t elaborate, confusing sites where people get lost; they are clean and clear with a specific singular message and that’s why they work:

A foreclosure property specific page. Foreclosures, REOs and short sales comprise a fairly high percentage of the transactions in today’s market, so why not take advantage of this niche by offering a free list of foreclosure properties with a real estate squeeze page like this one: http://foreclosure.showmetheinfo.com.

Townhomes. Townhomes have become popular in many parts of the country and you could target this niche by using a template like this: http://townhomes.showmetheinfo.com.

Luxury homes. A lead-capture page specific for luxury homes can be a great tool if you specialize in listing and selling high-end properties. But it’s also a great hook for the general market because many people enjoy looking at luxury homes, even if they are out of their price range. An example of a luxury home squeeze page would look like this: http://luxury.showmetheinfo.com.

Golf homes. If you live in an area that has a lot of golf communities, you could use something like this: http://golf.showmetheinfo.com. The same concept would hold true for waterfront homes, resort communities and so on.

Eco-friendly homes. Energy efficient homes are growing in popularity in many markets and you can attract and work with buyers looking for these types of homes by capturing leads with a page like this: http://ecofriendly.showmetheinfo.com.

Short sale sellers. Short sale sellers make up a high percentage of sales in many markets today. This page, or something similar, could be used to generate more short sale leads: http://shortsale.showmetheinfo.com.

Progressive seller marketing plan. The progressive seller marketing plan delivers a free report showing sellers 12 progressive marketing ideas they can use to sell their home (or better yet, you can or will use to sell their home): http://propertybuzzer.showmetheinfo.com.
