PCMS Consulting Doubles Revenue in 2010; Company Enters Fourth Year with Positive Momentum

RISMEDIA, January 7, 2011—PCMS Consulting announced that it doubled revenue in 2010 and launched their new website (www.pcmsconsulting.com) this week. The company, comprised of nine seasoned real estate industry professionals providing multiple solutions to the industry, has focused its efforts on helping brokerages position themselves to be successful as the industry continues to change.

“We are very proud of what we accomplished in 2010,” states Jose Perez, founder and president of PCMS Consulting. “It has not been easy for anyone the past few years, however, we are firm believers in reinventing ourselves and do it every day. We have been fortunate to establish relationships with firms that are open to change and trust us to guide them through it.”

According to the company, PCMS Consulting offers a unique business model that provides several free consultations prior to engagement. The consultations are designed to help clients understand and quantify their challenges in the areas of Internet, recruiting, management, and franchising. Once the brokerage commits to addressing a particular issue, PCMS provides the solution either directly or through one of four technology partnerships they have created. Since the company offers multiple solutions in the areas that help clients reinvent their businesses, they are often engaged by the same client multiple times.

Coach Realtors, an 18-office, 400-agent company in Long Island, NY, has been a PCMS client for two years.
