RISMEDIA, January 26, 2011—The Greenwich Association of REALTORS® (GAR) announced that Top 5 in Real Estate member Danielle Claroni of New England Land, LLC is GAR’s REALTOR® of the Year 2010.
Claroni, of Greenwich, C.T., served as chairperson of the Multiple Listing Service Committee and the Equal Housing Opportunity Committee during 2010. Claroni was also instrumental in contributing to GAR’s members through her leadership on several committees over the past five years including risk reduction, grievance, equal opportunity and the multiple listing service committees. Claroni also participates in National Association of REALTOR® events.
Claroni is a strong contributor to the education and mentoring of real estate professionals and those in the Greenwich community. She has been licensed for 14 years and currently serves as a real estate broker for New England Land Company. Claroni’s colleagues credit her for always being there for them and for her dedication to continual learning and sharing to help them grow their businesses.
Claroni was presented the REALTOR® of the Year award by Linda Hodge, a former Director of the Board of GAR and 2003’s REALTOR® of the Year. Hodge and Claroni worked together during their tenures on GAR’s Multiple Listing Service Committee.
The REALTOR® of the Year Award is one of the highest honors presented to a member and is based upon leadership and contributions made to the Greenwich Association of REALTORS®, the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, and the Greenwich community.
