According to the company, the app is branded with the MLS’s name and logo, is free for consumers to download and search all listings, and offers a one-touch call and one-touch email feature to connect the consumer with the listing agent. These apps are sometimes called MLS “public-facing mobile apps.”
This initiative is to encourage MLS’ to leverage mobile technology to provide added exposure to their members and give consumers instant access to listings. Smarter Agent is a mobile real estate solution that is 3rd party and carrier tested for security and usability.
