ERA Real Estate Launches Technology Offering that Mirrors Its Culture of Collaboration

RISMEDIA, April 14, 2011—ERA Real Estate, an innovative franchising leader in the residential real estate industry, announced the launch of a new broker and agent intranet solution, teamERA.com, that brings the company’s collaborative culture to life in an online environment.

In addition to serving as a repository for the robust array of ERA® tools and systems, the intranet also provides a significant corporate social networking functionality that links agents, brokers and companies across the country and around the globe to capitalize on the shared knowledge of the 30,000-strong population.

Users can update their status to reflect properties they are selling, tap into various groups to connect with colleagues in their office or in specialty niches across the country, and participate in discussion board forums on specific topics.

In addition, the teamERA.com serves as a central hub for marketing and business operations by providing direct access to tools and systems that manage nearly all aspects of their business, from updating listings, perusing MLS data, managing leads, accessing commonly used forms to producing marketing materials and reviewing sales scripts and other training materials.
