RISMEDIA, August 17, 2011–Prudential Georgia Realty is proud to announce that Lorelei DeRuiter has joined the New Homes Division as a Sales Director with a focus on properties from The Providence Group.

DeRuiter brings more than 16 years of sales experience in real estate and technology to the job. Her previous track record speaks for itself, and she has had great success in business development, organizational management, sales, and sales training. DeRuiter’s unique and winning approach to sales management and execution is a valuable asset to Prudential Georgia Realty. She joins a superb team that includes Lori Lane (Director of New Homes Sales & Marketing) and Dan Forsman (President and CEO). Under their leadership, Prudential Georgia Realty has become the top real estate company inGeorgia.

“We are very pleased to have Lorelei on our team and feel she is a major asset as we continue to grow and enhance our division to best serve our agents and builder clients,” Lane said.

“In the last few years, we have made major investments in advanced marketing technology, information resources, training and coaching.  Our size and scale allow us to offer better value and our ability to innovate faster allows us to offer valuable services before our competition.  We see the new homes market as a great opportunity that is strategic to our future.  While other companies have cut their teams or exited this business, we have invested.  As the real estate world continues to evolve, it will be harder and more expensive for individual builders or smaller real estate companies to provide the advanced services required to effectively sell new home communities and properties.  Lorelei is very talented and we are happy to add her to our New Homes team,” said Dan Forsman, president & CEO of Prudential Georgia Realty.

In addition to her sales management experience, DeRuiter is a licensed broker and has been recognized for her high sales achievement by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. She is also known for her team building and leadership expertise.

Before joining the Prudential Georgia Realty New Homes Division, DeRuiter was Director of Sales and Business Development at Evolv. She has also worked for Keller Williams Realty, Morris and Raper REALTORS®, Rhino Xing, LLC, and Post Properties.

DeRuiter is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Georgia State Universitywith a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She holds Georgia Real Estate Qualifying Broker and Associate Broker Licenses and is actively involved in the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.
