Attendees at the Council of Multiple Listing Services “CMLS 2011” conference being held this week in Tucson, AZ, will have no need to remove their printed programs from their conference bags.
While printed programs have traditionally been a point of reference throughout real estate events, attendees at the year’s CMLS 2011 conference who have a mobile web-enabled device will be able to access all program details by visiting the conference mobile website on their smartphones. This technology was released this week by mobile technology leader Mobile Real Estate ID.
The conference is being held Oct. 5-8 at the Westin La Paloma in Tucson, AZ.
The conference mobile website is designed to give attendees the ability to view the venue location, schedule, speaker bios and networking events after the conference sessions on a daily basis, direct from their web-enabled mobile devices. Anyone with mobile web on their phone can access this information, MREID stated. “As the technology sponsor for this year’s CMLS 2011 conference, we wanted to be sure to provide the most up-to-date technology that would bring the most value to not only the attendees but the exhibitors as well,” said John Lim, CEO of Mobile Real Estate ID.
In addition to the conference website, all exhibitors at the event were given complimentary IntelliCodes™ accounts to encourage attendee interaction with text messaging, QR codes and mobile web. The IntelliCodes™ platform allows operators to control QR and SMS destinations, as well as create mobile landing pages, contact forms and more. “I am looking forward to creating a campaign specific to this event, to help gain traction and encourage interaction with each of the attendees I come into contact with at the CMLS 2011 conference,” said Matt Fagioli, Xplode Conference Series founder.
