Despite a challenging real estate market, the industry’s leading residential brokerage firms continue to demonstrate resiliency and growth, and will prove this by participating in RISMedia’s 24th Annual Power Broker Report & Survey. As the industry’s preeminent report ranking the industry’s top brokerages, this listing of the real estate industry’s “who’s who” has long served as an important differentiator and competitive tool for real estate firms across the country.

To complete the survey now, please click here. The survey deadline is February 24, 2012.

Inclusion in RISMedia’s Power Broker ranking has long served as an elite distinction for real estate firms, a distinction of the utmost importance in today’s real estate market, according to RISMedia President & CEO John Featherston.

“Today’s skeptical and savvy consumer needs a real estate partner they can trust and turn to for information and guidance,” Featherston explains. “Inclusion among the industry’s upper echelon of real estate firms in the Power Broker Report proves to consumers—and prospective agents—that your firm is a successful, credible and dynamic organization to work with.

Survey Criteria
Distributed through RISMedia’s multimedia information-delivery channels, the Power Broker Report is read by more than 300,000 real estate professionals and thousands of leading corporate relocation decision makers. The report is also accessible to millions of interested consumers.

To complete the survey, firms must have completed a minimum of 500 transactions in 2011. Brokerages participating in this year’s survey should note that to avoid duplication and potential confusion, the Power Broker Survey should be completed by an individual, shareholder or entity with a minimum 50.1% ownership interest inclusive of subsidiaries. All sales and transaction volume comes directly from brokerages and is verified and substantiated by external sources, in most cases accounting firms, prior to publication.

There is no cost or any obligation to participate in this report.

The deadline for RISMedia’s receipt of your completed survey is February 24, 2012. To take the survey, click here.
