This spring, brokers and agents will be able to transform the way they interact online with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). The new my.REALTOR.org provides each member the ability to choose the information areas and news topics they receive online from NAR. The end result is a highly personalized member-Association experience, customized by you.
“Using my.REALTOR.org will be a remarkable experience for our members. They will be able to instantly access the up-to-the-minute information that is most important to them, in an appealing layout that works anywhere, in any format—PC or mobile device,” explains Dale Stinton, CEO, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. “Members will have a more powerful and direct engagement with their National Association.”
my.REALTOR.org Reflects Your Needs
The new site continues to deliver the information, tools and resources you value from NAR. The difference is that once you customize your preferences, you create a unique website that instantly shows only the items you want to see, maximizing your NAR membership. And the site’s architecture was revamped based on direct input from NAR members. The result: You’ll remain current on all the information from your National Association that is relevant to you, save time browsing the site and enjoy a website personalized for you. And the same is true of each of your agents.
With just a couple of key clicks, you can customize your my.REALTOR.org experience; simply log in and select the information categories you would like added to your dashboard. You can choose from popular, broker-specific topic areas, such as “sales and marketing,” “research and statistics” and “law and ethics.” Select as many categories as you like and update your categories at any time. Once you’ve chosen your categories, my.REALTOR.org will become your unique portal to NAR.
A Million Different Websites
At my.REALTOR.org, you’ll find a clean new look backed by cutting-edge technology. “Now, once an individual member has selected his categories, we’re getting the most important content to him as quickly as possible,” explains Chad Curry, managing director, Center for REALTOR® Technology. “It’s as if we’ve designed a million different sites, because each member’s experience on my.REALTOR.org will be different.”
my.REALTOR.org is just one of the ways that NAR is proactively approaching the future and bringing brokers and agents along with them. But more than state-of-the-art technology, it provides a smoother online experience, instantly delivering your most valued features of your NAR membership.
“The bottom line is that once you customize my.REALTOR.org, the information you want will find you, instead of you having to find it,” Stinton says.
“I know the new my.REALTOR.org will be a great benefit to all of our members,” says Moe Veissi, NAR president and broker-owner of Veissi & Associates, Inc. in Miami. “The ease of use and customization will ensure each member has a positive interaction with their National Association. Even I will be able to navigate the site like a pro and find all the tools and resources I need from NAR to enhance my business.”
