When it comes to buying and selling homes in today’s real estate market, one should never underestimate the power of information. With Lowe’s Program for REALTORS®, real estate professionals and their clients have all the information they need right at their fingertips, educating them with the facts they need in order to make important financial and lifestyle decisions.

Thanks to a partnership between Lowe’s and the National Association of REALTORS® through its REALTOR Benefits® Program, REALTORS® can serve their clients better than ever, especially when armed with Lowe’s comprehensive enewsletter offerings. With a monthly business-to-consumer enewsletter and a six-day-a-week business-to-business enewsletter sent out to NAR members free of charge, REALTORS® can truly take control of their business and facilitate the process for the buyers and sellers they are serving.

According to Janis Borgueta of Key Properties in New York’s Hudson Valley region, Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® is a great service. “I love the fact that the newsletters are so professional looking when they arrive in email. Even my builders are happy to get them,” she says.

With Inside Out, REALTORS® can automatically send helpful content and tips to their entire client base of homeowners once a month. In addition to the opportunity for REALTORS® to keep clients educated, the newsletters also further benefit REALTORS® by continually putting their name in front of past and present clients. Consumers also receive occasional 10 percent-off coupons for use in Lowe’s stores, solidifying a win-win scenario for all parties involved.

With so many useful and practical ideas for consumers’ new homes, the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® proves to be an excellent source for all of its NAR members.

Claudette Chafe of CENTURY 21 Jim White & Associates in Treasure Island, Fla., has received plenty of positive feedback. “My clients love receiving the newsletters and especially love the discount,” she says. “I greatly appreciate the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS®, and because of the program, I encourage my clients to shop at Lowe’s first.”

Six days a week, REALTORS® receive the Daily Real Estate News, offering agents the most current information on industry news, housing trends, business development and more. With this constant influx of information, real estate professionals are always on the ball with current and upcoming industry trends, expanding their knowledge base and further helping their clients successfully complete their real estate transactions.

These informative enewsletters aren’t the only features included in Lowe’s Program for REALTORS®. Customizable direct mailings, branded with REALTORS®’ names and pictures can also be sent directly to clients’ homes. REALTORS® also save a percentage off of the purchase of Lowe’s gift cards for clients at the end of the transaction. All of these features throughout the Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® are free for all NAR members.

“As a REALTOR® and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), I’m proud to be able to offer my clients and customers this great service that Lowe’s has made available,” says Linda Caldwell-Hutchinson of Dockside Realty Company in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

“A 10 percent-off coupon and a valuable email newsletter—what more could you ask for?”

The Lowe’s Program for REALTORS® is free for NAR members and offers exclusive, personal marketing tools from Lowe’s through its partnership in NAR’s REALTOR Benefits® Program.
