HUNT Real Estate Era Reaches New Milestone

Buffalo-based HUNT Real Estate ERA has announced that it has achieved $1,002,776,505 in residential sales volume year-to-date through July, exceeding the company’s YTD budget by 2.42% and last year by more than 8%, the 101-year-old company reports. In this same period, HUNT has written 6,534 total units. While the real estate market has faced some challenges in recent years, HUNT Real Estate ERA has been growing, investing in new programs, moving some local branches to new and better locations and, as is evidenced by these recent figures, reaching new business milestones in the process, according to the company.

“It should be news to no one in the business world that you get out of your business what you put into your business,” said Peter F. Hunt, President and CEO of HUNT Real Estate Corporation. “While other companies have been scaling back we have been growing, and providing our sales professionals with the innovative, industry-leading tools they need to service clients and customers today means we are succeeding and growing our market share and systems where others are not,” Hunt continued.

HUNT is a full service real estate and homeownership services company, providing residential and commercial real estate services, relocation, mortgage, title, insurance and a full suite of homeownership services through their Realty Club division to buyers and sellers in a broad market area. By following a strategic plan and staying on course, the company is ahead of plan and ahead of last year’s performance already this year.

According to the company, HUNT has been the recipient of numerous industry awards and recognitions over the years, and is ranked 34th out of the top 300 brokers nationwide in closed transaction sides in RISMedia’s 24th Annual Power Broker Report. HUNT was the first in their area to launch a customer service department, and the first to offer in house training for their real estate associates.
