Metrolist Partners with RISMedia in Offering “Pop-a-Note” Conversational Marketing System to Its Membership

Metrolist, the largest MLS in Colorado, announces that it has partnered with RISMedia, the real estate industry’s leading source for industry news and information, in supporting and offering the media company’s widely popular, lead-generating “Pop-a-Note” conversational marketing platform to its membership via Metrolist Marketplace.

Pop-a-Note offers an easy, effective way to stay in touch with your clients and prospects and build business by sending brief, conversational emails that clients will welcome. Notes can include entertaining pop-culture fun facts, real estate-related topics of interest, or both, offering a well-rounded marketing approach. Pop-a-Notes are branded to the agent and include the agent’s photo, logo, social media links, and contact information with links back to the agent’s email and website. The notes can either be sent automatically where the user can ‘set it and forget it,’ or they can be manually sent using a variety of customizable settings.

Pop-a-Note allows agents to choose the information you want to send, when you send it and who you send it to and allows users to fully edit the notes or write their own. The platform further offers an even greater branding power-play with the beautifully branded email notes linking to an agent-branded “News Hub” where subscribers can read the full content plus find the latest real estate headlines, all while viewing the agents photo, logo and contact information.

The platform is also results-driven, including in the toolset a comprehensive reporting system where users can quickly and easily see their results. All note replies go directly to the agent’s inbox so you will be able to see the results directly as email responses are sent. In the user interface, members can also log in to track delivery history including emails sent and open rate reports. Members can also easily manage subscribers, editing, adding, deleting, as well as organizing into groups for different types of mailings or frequency.
