Joan DiVincenzo Named as Calcagni Associates’ Director of Business Development & Technology

RISMEDIA, September 15, 2012–Steven Calcagni, President of Calcagni Associates Real Estate, announced the appointment of Joan DiVincenzo as the company’s Director of Business Development and Technology.

In this new role, DiVincenzo will lead the company’s efforts in the ongoing development and training of their current sales programs and tools, including: “Real Time Real Estate,” “Contract to Close” and Agent CRM Dashboard.  DiVincenzo will collaborate with Calcagni’s REALTORS® to use and develop these tools to improve their service level and increase their sales volume. She will also oversee all aspects of technology support and will develop a plan to manage and expand the company’s online and social media presence.

“We are very excited to have Joan step into this important new role in the company,” said Steven Calcagni. “Joan has the perfect combination of sales experience and technological know-how, which made her the ideal candidate for this position. With DiVincenzo’s new position also comes the appointment of Kathy Magliochetti as the new Sales Manager of Calcagni’s Hamden office. Magliochetti has specialized in residential real estate for the past 12+ years and has served on the CT Association of Realtors Standards Committee and the CT Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. She has earned the following designations throughout her successful career:  Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS), and e-PRO.

“Kathy is very well respected in the local real estate community,” added Calcagni. “Her experience, energy, creativity and problem solving skills are what I believe will enable her to lead our Hamden sales team to continued success.”
