Top tip for thriving in today’s market: Work your sphere of influence. Whether it’s monthly mailers, social media, phone calls or drop bys, do whatever it takes to stay top of mind.
Best time management tip: Schedule out your entire day. When it’s time to make phone calls or take care of other tasks, turn off your email so that you can really focus on the task at hand.
Current market conditions: Outstanding; year-to-date, our market has experienced a 14 percent increase over last year.
Having recently joined the Realty Executives family, what most attracted you to the brand?
The tools and support offered by Realty Executives, which are top notch. Their suite of tools ensure that everything my agents need—from mobile marketing, drip marketing campaigns to lead management—can be found in one place, which helps with time management and enables them to work more efficiently. Since everything is housed on the Internet, agents can access anything they need no matter where they are.
How will your affiliation with Realty Executives benefit your agents and today’s buyers and sellers?
In today’s day and age, it’s crucial that agents have access to information pertaining to any transaction whether they’re at the office, at home or at a client’s house, and Realty Executives enables them to work in a more mobile environment. As for buyers and sellers, they have instant access to listing information and can be sure that their agent is always accessible.
What sets your agents apart from the competition?
The strong training they get from Realty Executives and the mobile platform that makes it easy for them to work in the field rather than being bound to a desk all day.
How are you working to keep buyers educated about today’s buying opportunities?
Through a combination of mailers and social media. When it comes to social media, I believe it’s more important to share pertinent data and information that buyers and sellers will be interested in rather than trying to market myself. I make sure I’m active on various social networking platforms between 8:00 – 9:00 a.m., as this is when people typically get to work, and from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m., as people are getting out of work.
As we head toward the future, what are your goals for Realty Executives Select?
My short-term goals include bringing more agents into the company and increasing market awareness, which we’ll do through recruiting promotions, being out in the market with agents, attending functions, signage, social media and website marketing. As far as long-term goals, opening a second location tops the list.
