Market Leader announced this week that its partnership with Keller Williams Realty has contributed significantly to impressive productivity gains for the franchise in the past year.
Keller Williams, the second largest real estate franchise in the United States, launched eEdge last year, the real estate industry’s first fully-integrated front and back-end platform to enable their associates to manage their businesses with a single, seamless solution. The platform features custom websites, lead generation, contact management and marketing components powered by Market Leader, and available to more than 80,000 Keller Williams associates.
According to the REAL Trends 500 study published earlier this year, Keller Williams Realty associates increased their productivity by 17 percent in 2011, more than double the average increase seen from other national franchises. Internal research conducted by Keller Williams Realty points to one of the reasons being the agents’ use of eEdge’s marketing campaigns to engage their contacts: associates running a 33-Touch campaign increased their gross commission income by 67 percent year over year.
In addition to this overall increase in productivity, Keller Williams agents using Market Leader Professional, a premium and fully integrated add-on to eEdge, report four times the number of transactions oftheir peers.
