Homes.com, a leading online real estate destination and solutions provider to brokerages nationwide, inked an agreement to provide enhanced listings for Realty ONE Group, a major West Coast brokerage – the largest in Nevada and one of the fastest growing in California and Arizona, the company has announced. Realty ONE Group upgraded its Homes.com listings to Preferred display for all of its California, Nevada and Arizona offices.

“We are proud to align with Realty ONE Group — a true quality partner. Together, we will be able to help more consumers achieve the dream of home ownership,” says Brock MacLean, executive vice president of Homes.com. “By leveraging Homes.com’s highly engaged traffic, Realty ONE Group associates will receive enhanced exposure for their listings and will have more opportunities to connect directly to consumers.”

Real estate listings for all 15 of Realty ONE Group’s offices, previously listed as basic display, will now appear as enhanced, Preferred listings on Homes.com. The upgrade gives Realty ONE Group listings premier placement on Homes.com, viewed by more than 12.5 million homebuyers monthly. Each listing will display additional photos, the brokerage logo, and agent and broker contact information.

“We value the tremendous exposure that Homes.com offers our listings,” says Realty ONE Group CEO Kuba Jewgieniew. “Ensuring our sales associates’ contact information is front and center is one more way that Realty ONE Group maintains its focus on each individual agent. Because we know how hard they work to obtain listings, we strongly believe that they deserve to have access to ALL inquiries that come in on their listings, and therefore proudly absorb the cost for the enhancements.”
