Prudential Network Realty Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer recently shared her strategic business-building insight as a featured speaker in the Prudential Real Estate Leadership Excellence webinar series, the company has announced.

Hundreds of Prudential Brokers from across the country tuned in for Sherrer’s program on “Lessons Learned,” which offered perspective on how professionals can take their business to the next level. The program was one of the highest viewed webinars in the Prudential Leadership Excellence series.

“In today’s real estate market, it is vital for professionals at every level to take part in training and coaching programs that will provide them with the competitive edge, helping them realize their full potential while helping their clients achieve their goals,” Sherrer says.

Sherrer’s online seminar outlined how personal commitment, attitude and enthusiasm can help individuals and companies achieve extraordinary success. Along with the importance of creating business plans and systems to measure success, Sherrer also encouraged her webinar audience to focus on the positive, be open to change and take time to celebrate individual and company achievements.
