Current market trends: Our market is moving really fast. Not only are we seeing an increase in the amount of buyers and sellers, we also have low inventory, which is creating supply and demand issues. In addition, most of our listings are receiving multiple offers and selling quickly.
Best advice for new agents: Block out your day and be disciplined when it comes to prospecting.
